Neil the inspector is extremely detailed finding issues in two different home inspections for me including items only found with infrared testing. These items, if.missed, could have left me with very large home repair bills. "I hired Neil when I was buying my first home and am glad I did. First of all, he's extremely responsive and I had no problem getting through to schedule an inspection. Second, he was extremely accommodating and worked around my schedule when though I had to reschedule multiple times. When it came time to inspect the house, Neil arrived on time with an assistant to help document everything. Neil is a seller's worst nightmare, inspecting every inch and testing everything. He took the time to very carefully inspect every aspect of the home we were interested in. He discovered items that definitely needed repair that were not noticeable to the untrained eye.
