The New Jersey Chapter of NACHI was created to provide continuing education and training to home inspectors and ensure its members are properly trained and educated with current standards and requirements of the rules and regulations governing the home inspection industry in New Jersey.
We are members in good standing in NJ NACHI.
Neil Bunker has served on the board for nine years and is currently the organization’s Sgt. in Arms.
Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA)

CCPIA is a nonprofit membership trade association. Membership certifies commercial property inspectors who perform commercial building inspections according to the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP).
CCPIA provides online resources and hands-on training for inspectors, including the latest industry news, marketing tools, online courses, live training, and additional business tools.

ICC is the world's leading organization for building code construction and safe construction practice. Neil is a certified building and Mechanical Inspector (B5 and M5 level).
Neil is a Building Code inspector licensed by the State of New Jersey.
